BTS' Jin tops brand power rankings for May: BTS’ Jin released his new solo album ECHO and the response is phenomenal. The Kpop idol has surpassed the likes of his own bandmates V, Jungkook and Jhope in the brand power rankings for May. ECHO is Jin’s second solo album and just hours after it dropped, the album shattered several records, including the most album sales of 2025.
Jin’s Echo has reportedly managed to sell around 727,211 copies, according to BigHit Music. On the other hand, G-Dragon’s third solo album Übermensch sold 639,176 copies on day 1.
ECHO kickstarted with Don’t Say You Love Me which also stars Kdrama actor Shin Se Kyung. Other five tracks include Nothing Without Your Love, Loser, With the Clouds, To Me, Today, and Background. Each track explores different themes of love.

In a conversation with USA Today, BTS’ Jin said, “I received almost 1,000 songs for this album, and first I shortlisted about 30 of them. I picked out the 30 that I loved … then I had a second listen to them, third listen to them. I try to picture that image of myself in my head on stage with these songs. I thought, ‘This song can bring out a new facet of myself that ARMY would love to see,’ or ‘This would be a blast on stage.'”
