BTS is surprising ARMY with announcements following their military discharge. After the new group album and world tour announcement during their first live session, another unexpected announcement has surfaced online. A social media post β€œBTS MOVIE WEEKS – Coming Soon to Cinemas Worldwide," has sparked excitement among fans. They have started decoding what this cryptic post means. Some users believe it to could be another documentary showcasing the lives of each BTS member- Jin, Suga, Jhope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook on a weekly basis.

BTS Movie Weeks Announcement

On Monday, July 21, BTS official social media accounts released a striking poster with text 'BTS Movie Weeks'. The post on X was accompanied by a caption that read, "Coming soon to cinemas worldwide."
This surprising cryptic post left fans wondering what the boy band is up to. They flooded social media with their assumption about this announcement.

One X user wrote, "YOU ARE TELLING ME BTS WILL RELEASE AN UPCOMING DOCUMENTARY OR MOVIE WITH THEIR OLD CONTENT ON CINEMAS WORLDWIDE?!?"

Another X user commented, "BTS NEW DOCUMENTARY OR OLD UNRELEASED BTS CONTENT OH MY GAWD I'M SO EXCITED."

Another X user posted, I think BTS Movie Weeks is another documentary where they show each members' life weekly like.. week 1 is Namjoon, week 2 is Yoongi, and so on until OT7."

Another comment read, "bts movie weeks and it’s just each member taking turns to watch his favourite movies with us. i will be seated for taehyung and his screening of queer (2024)."

Following the discharge of Jin and jhope from the military in June and October 2024, they were joined by other members in June 2025. After their reunion, most of the BTS members have been interacting with ARMYs and keeping them posted through livestreams, Weverse and social media posts.

During a recent group livestream, which was held on July 1, the boy band revealed that they've begun preparations for the next comeback. The highly anticipated album is set for Spring 2026 release. The group also plans to embark on a world tour coinciding with the album release.
