Long-time fans of the Mona Lisa singer are well aware of his low tolerance for alcohol. Known for being a lightweight, even a single glass is enough to leave him visibly affected. He’s not one to experiment much with drinks either, usually sticking to a single diluted mix just to get through the evening — something he’s openly admitted in past interviews. In a recent selfie, his faint smile, flushed neck and cheerful expression left little doubt about how the night had unfolded for him, BTS' V and Jimin.
BTS' ARMY couldn't help but giggle over a recent photo of Jhope, where his noticeably flushed neck and pleased expression caught their attention. The contrast between his appearance in this photo and a previous post by Jimin added to the amusement, with fans playfully interpreting the difference. However, some fans also think that they had a boozy night out.

Among the BTS members, some appear to have a higher alcohol tolerance than others. RM, Jungkook and V have previously shared that they enjoy winding down with a few drinks every now and then. Jimin even lightheartedly teased their drinking habits during a recent livestream featuring the trio.
SUGA, in contrast, took his fondness for casual drinking a step further by hosting a themed talk show titled Suchwita on BTS’ YouTube channel. The show invited celebrity guests to join him for relaxed conversations over their favourite beverages—alcoholic or not. However, Suchwita is unlikely to return for a second season, especially after SUGA’s military enlistment and an earlier e-scooter incident involving drinking, which resulted in a fine and a formal public apology.
Meanwhile, BTS as a group is currently in the United States, hard at work on their upcoming album, which is slated for release in spring 2026.
