Lock Upp Season 2: Sach Ya Sazaa introduced 15 contestants from the TV, OTT and social media space. In the latest episode, Ram Kapoor said cheating can happen 'by mistake'. He also said a marriage does not always have to end even if one of the two was unfaithful. His remarks on Netflix's show have sparked backlash.
Ram Kapoor's remarks came after fellow inmate Shreya Kalra asked how he would react if he discovered that his partner had been unfaithful.
Ram Kapoor's Remarks On Infidelity In Marriage
In response, Ram Kapoor stated that he wouldn't end the relationship right away. He believes that a good marriage necessitates ongoing work and that adultery need not always be a deal-breaker if two individuals truly love one another.
Ram Kapoor said, "Sometimes during 20-25 years of marriage, what happens is you have highs and lows, good periods and bad periods. Bad phase mein agar galti se kisi ek se kuch ho jaye, agar aap unke bagair nahi jee sakte aur aapne bachon ke bagair nahi jee sakte."
He added, "And you realise you can't live without your partner or your children, then time heals everything, and nothing is a dealbreaker. Sometimes it happens by mistake."
