Dharmendra Health Update: Veteran actor Dharmendra has once again been admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital. In October, he was hospitalised at the same hospital for a routine medical check-up. His visit sparked concern among fans after reports of his hospitalisation surfaced online. Now, once again, news of Dharmendra’s hospitalisation, surrounded by rumours claiming that the actor had been put on a ventilator support. Amid these rumours, the actor's team has confirmed that he is hospitalised, but there's nothing to worry about.

Dharmendra Admitted And Under Observation

The legendary actor's team refuted rumours that he is on ventilator support and told India Today, "He’s under observation, but there’s nothing to worry about."

The buzz around Dharmendra's health began after a report by NDTV stated that he had been placed on ventilator support following hospitalisation over a week ago due to complaints of breathlessness.

Earlier, the actor's team had also shut down similar health-related rumours that circulated widely online after his admission to the same hospital in October. Dharmendra's team said, as quoted by India Today, “He undergoes a series of tests periodically given his age, and is in the hospital for the same. Someone may have spotted him and created a news piece. He is absolutely fine and there’s nothing to be worried about."

Even his wife, Hema Malini, had assured everyone that he was doing fine. After his hospitalisation, she was spotted at the airport, and when asked about his condition, she responded with a 'okay' gesture, a sign that brought relief to Dharmendra's fans.

Meanwhile, Dharmendra, who turns 90 on December 8, continues to win hearts with his screen presence. He will be seen in the biographical war drama Ikkis. He will be sharing screen space with Agastya Nanda and Jaideep Ahlawat. Directed by Sriram Raghavan and produced by Maddock Film, the film is set to be released in theatres in December this year.
