Dhurandhar 2 Update: Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna starrer Dhurandhar has been smashing records at the box office since its release on December 5. Amid the massive success of Part 1, the makers have created a buzz for Part 2 with an official confirmation and release date. Actor Naveen Kaushik, who played Donga in Dhurandhar, revealed he is not part of Dhurandhar 2. However, he teased audiences about what they can expect from Aditya Dhar's directorial Part 2 of the spy thriller, which is slated to release on March 19 next year. Unlike Part 1, Dhar is planning to deliver a massive twist-filled upgrade with 50 times bigger, unmatched action in Dhurandhar 2.

Dhurandhar Actor Naveen Kaushik Reveals What To Expect From Part 2

In a conversation with Just Too Filmy, Naveen Kaushik gave fans spoiler about Dhurandhar 2. He said, “Aapne Part 1 mein jo dekha hain na… the action, the mystery, the manipulation is going to be ramped up by 50! Because I have seen it being done! It is 50 times what is in this one. Shoot sab ho chuka hain. I am not in part 2 but I know what happens.”

Naveen also opened up about how fans have embraced the film as whole. He stated, “Bohot time se sirf moments, gaane viral ho rahe the, but ye film viral ho rahi he. Every moment from this film is being analysed, is being loved. There are so many videos that people have made of underrated actors who were rediscovered in this film… everyone is being talked about.”

All About Dhurandhar

Dhurandhar stars Ranveer as Hamza, an Indian spy who sneaks into Pakistan's Lyari, infiltrating a gang and dismantling terror networks in Karachi. He joins Rehman Dakait's gang, played by Akshaye Khanna, as part of the covert operation. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Danish Pandor, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi in key roles.

Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Report

Dhurandhar opened with Rs 28 crore and on Day 19, the third Tuesday, the film has earned Rs 5.31 crore. The total collection now stands at Rs 577.56 crore, according to Sacnilk.
