Actor Vijay Deverakonda rang in the New Year in Rome while vacationing with his loved ones. It appears he joined his rumoured girlfriend, Rashmika Mandanna, who also shared glimpses from her Rome diaries on social media. The latest post by the Kingdom actor from his New Year vacation features similar locations from the trip to the capital of Italy, further fuelling speculation. One of the pictures that has grabbed the most attention shows someone resting their head on Vijay's shoulder and fans believe it to be Rashmika. They flooded social media with comments saying, "We all saw her."
Taking to Instagram, Vijay wished his fans Happy New Year by dropping a series of striking photos from his vacation in Rome. The post hints at welcoming 2026 with his rumoured girlfriend, Rashmika Mandanna. In the pictures, Vijay can be seen smiling and walking around the city, notably in places similar to those Rashmika had shared earlier. One picture shows him posing near the iconic Colosseum. However, the most-talked-about image features a girl leaning on his shoulder, while her face is not visible. Fans were quick to believe it was Rashmika Mandanna. Thanks to The Girlfriend star, who also posted her own vacation photos from Rome a few days ago. This led fans to speculate that the two were vacationing together at the same place.
Sharing the post, he wrote, "Happy new year my darling loves. May we grow up together, make great memories, do great things, spread love, cheer and life. Biggest kisses and hugs to all of you."

Soon after, fans flooded the comments section to share their excitement. One user wrote, "V seen Last pic VD back side Rashmika was Hide." Another user commented, "We all saw her." Not only this, but eagle-eyed fans also spotted another clue in Rashmika's photo album. In one photo, Rashmika was seen posing with Vijay Deverakonda’s younger brother, Anand Deverakonda.

These New Year posts have further excited fans amid reports of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna's wedding, which is reportedly scheduled for February 26, 2026, and is said to take place at a palace in Udaipur. The actors are also rumoured to have gotten engaged privately in October 2025 in the presence of their family members. Fans are now waiting for the official confirmation.
