Chandra Barot’s Work

Chandra Barot began his career in the film industry as an assistant director. He worked on several popular movies in the 1970s, including Purab Aur Pachhim (1970), Yaadgaar (1970), Shor (1972), and Roti Kapada Aur Makaan (1974). His big break came in 1978 when he directed Don, a film that went on to become a cult classic in Indian cinema. The film’s gripping story, stylish action, and memorable music turned it into a huge success.
