Mrunal Thakur-Dhanush Rumoured Wedding: A viral image claiming that actors Mrunal Thakur and Dhanush have secretly tied the knot has taken social media by storm. However, a closer look confirms that the picture circulating online is completely fake and AI-generated. Despite ongoing rumours about their relationship, there is no truth to claims that the two actors got married in Chennai.

The unverified picture, widely shared on X and other platforms, shows Mrunal Thakur and Dhanush seated at what appears to be a wedding altar. The post claimed that the actors had a quiet wedding ceremony in Chennai. The same post also alleged that several prominent South Indian stars, including Trisha Krishnan, Shruti Haasan, Anirudh Ravichander, Vijay Thalapathy, Dulquer Salmaan and Ajith Kumar, were present at the ceremony to bless the couple. However, none of these claims are true.

Meanwhile, reports have suggested that the viral wedding image has no authenticity and was created using artificial intelligence. Mrunal Thakur and Dhanush have not got married, nor have they confirmed any plans to do so. Similar fake images have surfaced in the past as well, including an AI-generated wedding picture of Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, which was also widely circulated before being debunked.

Mrunal Thakur-Dhanush Dating Rumours

Earlier rumours suggested that Mrunal Thakur and Dhanush were planning to get married on February 14. These claims were firmly denied by reports in Deccan Herald which is stated by sources close to the Tamil superstar. According to a report in Deccan Herald which stated, “This is completely fake and baseless. Please don’t fall for it.”

On the other hand, reports previously claimed that Mrunal and Dhanush met a few years ago in Hyderabad, where the actress was shooting for her Telugu films. Speculation intensified when Dhanush attended a special screening of Son Of Sardaar 2 in Mumbai. Before this, Mrunal was rumoured to be dating her Kumkum Bhagya co-star Arjit Taneja. Dhanush, on the other hand, was married to filmmaker Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth. After 18 years of marriage and two sons, the couple announced their separation in 2022 and were later legally divorced.
