Ghaati Release Date OUT: The makers of Telugu upcoming movie Ghaati have released a new poster and release date, adding to the excitement of fans. Anushka Shetty is all set to make a powerful comeback to the big screen with an intense and gripping tale. Originally set for an April 2025 release, the film’s big release has now been announced. Along with the new release date, the makers have also unveiled a striking new poster that features Anushka Shetty and Tamil actor Vikram Prabhu trying to cross a river while carrying goods.

Telugu Movie Ghaati

The makers have announced that the movie will have a pan-Indian release, with the film being released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. UV Creations took to its X and captioned the poster as “Coming to claim her throne and conquer the box office #Ghaati GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON JULY 11th #GhaatiFromJuly11th.” The movie is slated to release in theatres on July 11, 2025.

About Telugu Movie Ghaati

In Ghaati, Anushka takes on a bold avatar as a trader who has connections in the crime world and later transforms into a towering figure. The film features a musical score by Vidya Sagar and is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi. Ghaati is produced jointly by UV Creations and First Frame Entertainments, and is bankrolled under the banner of First Frame Entertainments.

In November 2024, a glimpse of Anushka from Ghaati was released, which gave a hint of what the film will be like. The 47-second teaser saw her dressed in a saree, covered in a black cloth and wearing jewellery. Even as the police search for her, she gets on a bus and chops off a person's head with a sickle. She does so by looking at her victim in a rearview mirror and not directly.

The movie also features Ramya Krishnan, Jagapathi Babu, John Vijay, Ravindra Vijay, and VTV Ganesh among others. With its intriguing storyline, powerful performances, and impressive production values, Ghaati is shaping up to be a must-watch film for audiences.
