Hari Hara Veera Mallu: After a long wait and multiple delays, Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited Telugu action-adventure movie Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part 1 – Sword vs Spirit has finally been released in cinemas on July 24, 2025. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and A. M. Jyothi Krishna, the movie is set in 17th-century Mughal India and follows the story of an outlaw named Veera Mallu. Played by Pawan Kalyan, Veera sets out on a daring mission to recover the legendary Koh-i-Noor diamond. The Telugu movie blends history, action, and grandeur, offering audiences a cinematic journey full of power-packed scenes and emotional moments. The makers have revealed that the story of Hari Hara Veera Mallu will unfold in two parts.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu movie’s first part, titled Sword vs Spirit, sets the tone and builds up the story. During the climax of the Telugu, the official title of the sequel was unveiled as Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part 2 – Battlefield (titled Yuddhabhoomi in Telugu). Fans were thrilled to hear the announcement, as it promises even more action and drama in the continuation of Veera Mallu’s journey. Also starring Nidhhi Agerwal, Bobby Deol, Nargis Fakhri, and Nora Fatehi, the film runs for two hours and thirty minutes and is already creating waves at the box office.
Meanwhile, the release of Hari Hara Veera Mallu marks a major moment for Telugu cinema in 2025. Despite numerous hurdles, including delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments, the Telugu movie managed to maintain strong buzz over the years. Originally announced in January 2020, the shoot began in September 2020 and was completed by May 2025.

The film had paid premieres ahead of its official release, which received an impressive response from fans. As per reports by KoiMoi, the Hari Hara Veera Mallu is off to a powerful start at the box office and is expected to register one of the biggest opening day collections in Tollywood this year. It may even surpass the opening day figures of popular 2025 Telugu releases like Daaku Maharaaj (Rs 25.35 crore), Sankranthiki Vasthunam (Rs 23 crore), HIT: The Third Case (Rs 21 crore), and Kuberaa (Rs 14.75 crore). Only Ram Charan’s Game Changer is expected to remain ahead.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu On OTT
On the other hand, the Telugu film’s digital rights have been bagged by Amazon Prime Video. Although the official OTT release date hasn’t been announced yet, it is likely to stream by the end of August. With its epic storyline, strong performances, and grand visuals, Hari Hara Veera Mallu has finally roared into theatres, living up to the excitement it built over the years.
