Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa led romantic movie, earlier titled Deewaniyat has renamed it.Yes, you read that right! The title change coincides with the movie's move to a new production company, Play DMF, which is currently owned by Anshul Garg. The makers chose a new title, Deewane Ki Deewaniyat that captures the movie's emotionally charged plot more accurately in light of the change in creative leadership and narrative tone.

Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa's fans who were captivated by the teaser and concept can now watch the movie in theatres on October 2nd, 2025. The cast and crew of the team shared the new title alongside the release date of the movie on social media. "2nd October 2025 -Gandhi Jayanti aur Dussehra pe cinema gharon mein dekhiye mohabbat, nafrat aur “Ek Deewane ki DEEWANIYAT!” (sic)."

Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa's fans expressed their delight in the comment section. Many dropped hearts and heart-eyes for the new picture featuring the lead cast. Meanwhile, Harshvardhan, who is working toward a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Honours), will have to balance filming for his next movie with his exams in June. The well-liked actor posted brief glimpses of his study sessions on Instagram Stories while he was taking notes on the lectures.
