Heads Of State Trailer: Ilya Naishuller, the filmmaker behind Hardcore Henry (2015) and Nobody (2021), is all set to return with an action-packed movie blended with comedy, Heads of State, starring Priyanka Chopra, Idris Elba and John Cena. The movie dives deep into the chaotic world of the US President and the UK Prime Minister and their rivalry. They must put aside their personal differences to thwart a global conspiracy and save the world. Offering a deeper glimpse into the story, the makers have unveiled the trailer, which has left fans super excited for its release.

Heads Of State Trailer Unveiled

On Wednesday, the trailer was unveiled by Prime Video on Instagram. The nearly three-minute clip sets the tone for high-stakes action and an international crisis centred around UK Prime Minister Sam Clarke (played by Idris Elba) and US President Will Derringer (John Cena). To protect them and the world enters brave MI6 agent Noel Bisset, played by Priyanka Chopra, who is seen in full action mode. She helps Elba and Cena’s characters put their egos aside, fight the looming threat,and uncover a global conspiracy.

The new trailer also introduces the characters played by Paddy Considine, Stephen Root, Carla Gugino, Jack Quaid, and Sarah Niles.

After the new glimpses were unveiled, fans couldn't stop themselves from praising Priyanka and the rest of the cast for their performances in the trailer. One user wote, "Can’t wait to see Priyanka." Another user commented, "Priyanka Chopra Jonas, so proud, so excited, I can’t wait !!!!” Another comment read, "Now this is the future of trailers."

Heads Of State Release Date

The story centres around a powerful adversary who threatens the special relationship between the UK and the US, prompting Prime Minister Sam Clarke and President Will Derringer to put aside their differences and work with MI6 agent Noel Bisset to take down the enemy. Heads of State is set to premiere on Prime Video on July 2.
