Snow White Digital Premiere Date: The Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot starrer American live-action remake of Snow White was released in theatres on March 21. Based on the 1937 animated classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the film's reviews were not as expected and it became embroiled in several controversies, including low box office collections after its theatrical run. Now, Disney’s latest release is soon to be available for fans to watch from the comfort of their homes. The makers have announced the OTT release date of Snow White.
When And Where To Watch Snow White
The Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot starrer will be available for streaming on June 11 on Disney+. The streamer made the announcement on X by sharing the poster of the movie. As reported by Box Office Mojo, the movie has earned a total of USD 87,202,614 in the US under domestic collection while the movie has grossed USD 205,544,086 worldwide. Snow White has scored USD 118,341,472 at the International level.
About Snow White
The movie follows the story of a princess, who runs away from her evil stepmother, played by Gal Gadot, and befriends a group of seven dwarfs in a forest. She teams up with them to free the kingdom from her cruelty.
Marc Webb, known for 500 Days of Summer and The Amazing Spider-Man, has helmed the film, with Erin Cressida Wilson, who handled the script. Besides Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot in lead roles, the movie also Andrew Burnap, Martin Klebba, Ansu Kabia, Misa Koide, Charlotte Scally, Andrew Barth Feldman and Colin Michael Carmichael in key roles.
The film boasts 11 captivating songs, featuring new compositions like Good Things Grow and A Hand Meets A Hand by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, alongside classic favourites like Whistle While You Work and Heigh-Ho, as per Variety.
