BTS Jimin, aka Park Jimin, has made a big name in his career and is known across the world. Recently, a Japanese news program covering the presidential elections in South Korea emphasised the Kpop’s impact on the country’s economy. The reporter standing in front of the HYBE headquarters showed Jimin’s poster and told the camera, “KPOP has become a major source of foreign currency for the Korean economy. Sharing the news, a fan tweeted, “Jimin appeared in a Japanese news broadcast covering the South Korean presidential elections conducted in front of Hybe Headquarters. In the segment where the reporter spoke about the impact of K-pop on the country’s economy. Jimin is everywhere!”

ARMY took no time to praise their idol for making a global presence. A user wrote, “Jimin's global reach is impressive! K-pop's economic impact is huge.” Another said, “Jimin is definitely everywhere.” A comment read, “CHERISHING JIMIN #7SunsetsTillJimin.” Another said, “Jimin's picture appeared in a Japanese TV coverage of South Korea's presidential elections! The reporter highlighted K-pop's economic impact in South Korea and WW I've been researching since morning. He's famous *shows JM* Jimin is the face of kpop.” A tweet read, “Yes, he's world famous, this is my boy.” Another tweet read, “Jimin is their role model and favorite.” A fan wrote, “I've seen that photo 7,777,777 times but I still choked on how beautiful he is.”

Jimin is set to be discharged from his mandatory military service on June 10. Along with Jimin, RM will also be discharged on the same date. Jimin and Suga will be discharged on June 11 and 21, respectively.

BTS Jimin’s last album Muse was released on July 19, 2024. The last studio album has seven songs, including rebirth (intro), interlude : showtime, smeraldo garden marching band, slow dance, be mine, who and closer than this. The pre-release single Smeraldo Garden Marching Band featuring Loco and the lead single who. The studio album debuted at number two in South Korea and three in Japan.
