Hina Khan, who is currently recovering from stage three breast cancer, recently took a spiritual retreat to The Art of Living Ashram in Bengaluru. Accompanied by her long-time boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal, the television actress participated in several rejuvenating sessions led by renowned spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The couple was also reportedly joined by actors Vikrant Massey, Sheetal Thakur, and others in attending various workshops and programs offered at the ashram.

Following her experience, Hina Khan took to Instagram to share a heartfelt note, reflecting on her visit and the positive impact it had on her mental and emotional wellbeing. “Learned so much in this beautiful Aashram nestled away from the hustle of urban life. From Techniques of Breath Control to Mindfulnes. This place has so much to offer, processes like the Sudarshan Kriya, Sehej Samadhi, Intuition Program and many more,” she wrote.

The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress, who has always advocated wellness and balance, expressed how the peaceful surroundings and teachings of the ashram helped her reconnect with herself and nature. “So many therapies and experiences that bring you close to both the nature and yourself. Everyone must come here and experience it for themselves to see the change ,” she further added.

Hina Khan, further expressing her gratitude towards Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, praised the spiritual leader’s initiatives and the transformative effect of his teachings. “You really have developed a Path Changing, Soul Awakening, Mind Rejuvenating - Art of Living. What an experience it was. It’s a must for all human beings. I shall continue to practice this breath work every day...,” she wrote, emphasising her commitment to incorporating what she learned into her daily life.

Despite her health challenges, Hina continues to remain active in her professional life. She was recently seen in the web series Griha Laxmi, sharing screen space with Chunky Panday and Dibyendu Bhattacharya. Widely recognised for her long-running role as Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which she portrayed for eight years. Hina Khan has also made her mark through reality shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi and Bigg Boss.
