Housefull 5 Box Office Collection Day 1: Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan starrer comedy movie released in theatres on June 6. The film received positive responses from the audience and it is quite evident with its opening day box office collection. Housefull 5 has broken the record of Housefull 4’s opening day collection, which was Rs 19.08 crore. It opened with big numbers, earning over Rs 20 crore. Housefull 5 Box Office Collection Day 1

As per Sacnilk, Housefull 5 earned Rs 23.00 crore on Day 1. The movie had an overall 28.88 per cent Hindi occupancy on Friday. It had 13.86 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 28.00 per cent in the afternoon shows, 28.01 per cent in the evening shows and 45.65 per cent in the night shows.

Housefull 5 Budget

The film was made on a budget of Rs 240 crore, as per reports. The film has a long way to go before it crosses the budget mark and earns profits.

The plot revolves around a billionaire’s murder, which takes place at a luxurious cruise ship. All the passengers and guests who boarded the ship became suspects of the police. This led to some hilarious adventures with some mystery and thrill. The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chunky Panday, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Johnny Lever, Chitrangda Singh, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer and Akashdeep Sabir in pivotal roles. The film has been written by Farhad Samji and Tarun Mansukhani. Housefull 5 has been directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Warda Nadiadwala and Firuzi Khan.
