Harshvardhan Rane, who rose to fame with ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ movie, is soon going to be seen in Deewane Ki Deewaniyat alongside actress Sonam Bajwa. While wrapping the shoot of the movie, what started as a celebration turned into a learning lesson. In a recent video shared by Harshvardhan on his Instagram, the entire team can be seen gathered to celebrate the end of the shooting schedule. While there were firecrackers lighting up the dark sky, some helium balloons caught fire and caused panic among the team. 

Harshvardhan Rane recalled this scary incident while talking to Hindustan Times and revealed,  “It was a happy moment for us. The producers had organised a small celebration after we’d been shooting back-to-back for five days. Everyone gathered to have some time off. We didn’t realise that helium balloons and firecrackers could be such a dangerous combination. It was a big learning moment for all of us.”

The actor also shared that the original plan could have been more dangerous. “We were initially supposed to hold the helium balloons while cutting the cake and then release them into the sky. At the last minute, I suggested we cut the cake first and then take the balloons. We got saved by our guardian angels that day. If the balloons had caught fire while we were holding them, it could have led to serious injuries,” he said. Harshvardhan Rane also added, “Sonam’s manager was standing with her face towards the crackers so I think her forehead got a little burnt.”

Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is a romantic drama showcasing a passionate love story, starring Sonam Bajwa opposite Harshvardhan Rane. The movie is directed by Milap Zaveri and is all set to be released on October 2, 2025. On the work front, Sonam Bajwa was last seen in Housefull 5, which proved to be a box office success. Meanwhile, Hashvardhan Rane was last seen in an action-thriller called Savi, starring Anil Kapoor and Divya Khossla Kumar.
