Kannada actor-producer Dileep Raj, 47, passed away after allegedly having a heart attack in the wee hours on Wednesday. His fans and members of the Kannada film fraternity were devastated to learn of his untimely death, and tributes have been flooding social media.

Dileep Raj was taken to Apollo Hospital in Kumaraswamy Layout after suffering a severe heart attack, according to reports by TV9 Kannada. But medical professionals were unable to bring him back to life.

Dileep Raj, who was born on September 2, 1978, is one of the most versatile talents in the Kannada entertainment industry. He is an actor, director, producer, dubbing artist, and theatre performer whose career reflects passion, perseverance, and artistic dedication.
