Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 will see its first crorepati of the season! Aditya Kumar from Uttarakhand earned Rs 1 crore, according to the latest Sony TV promo. And he's going to take on the big one - the Rs 7 crore question. Aditya Kumar shared a hilarious anecdote with Amitabh Bachchan, about how he pulled a practical joke on his college pals in the teaser. During his college days, he convinced all of his friends that he had been chosen for KBC. He played this prank for a whole week, telling them that the KBC team would be coming to make a video in a week, so everyone prepared. Most of them bought new clothes to make appearance in the video. His curious friends asked him why no one showed up after a week, he revealed that he was playing a prank on them.

Meanwhile, Sophia Qureshi, Vyomika Singh, and Commander Prerna Deosthalee appeared in Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 episode 5 as part of the special Independence Day show. Amitabh Bachchan, host of KBC, greeted India's courageous female military officers as they took the hot seat. They shared the behind-the-scenes details from Operation Sindoor, India's counterattack on terrorists following the Pahalgam incident in April, captivating trio throughout the performance.
