Kiara Advani's first appearance since giving birth to her daughter in July lit up the internet and Diwali festivities. As the couple celebrated their first Diwali as parents, the new mother joined husband and actor Sidharth Malhotra in a touching video that sent fans into a cheerful and loving frenzy. In a combined Instagram post on Monday, the new parents wished their virtual family a happy holiday and treated their followers to a heartwarming, glittering, and joyful video.
Sidharth and Kiara were seen holding hands and grinning broadly in their bright yellow traditional Indian attire. With the song 'Happy Diwali' playing in the background, the video cuts to a close-up selfie of the two. The new mom wore a flowy Anarkali outfit, and while the new dad chose white pajamas and a matching yellow kurta. The caption on the video read, "Happy Diwali (yellow heart emojis) Love, Light and Sunshine.

On the work front, Sidharth Malhotra most recently starred with Janhvi Kapoor in Param Sundari. He will collaborate with Tamannaah Bhatia for VVAN: Force of the Forest. The movie, which will hit the big screens on May 2026 promises exciting action and a compelling plot. VVAN, which is set in the picturesque surroundings of Central India, will transport viewers to ancient myths, untamed forests, and hidden temples. A rich and engrossing visual experience is promised by the film, which was shot in real woodland settings. VVAN, which was produced by Ektaa Kapoor and directed by Deepak Mishra and Arunabh Kumar, is supported by Balaji Motion Pictures in association with The Viral Fever (TVF).
