Kurukshetra Trailer Out: Netflix has dropped the official trailer for its upcoming animated series Kurukshetra, a fresh take on India’s greatest epic, the Mahabharata. The series promises to explore the human side of the legendary battle that shaped Indian mythology. Kurukshetra dives into the lives and moral struggles of 18 warriors who played key roles in the epic war. From brothers who were forced to fight each other, to kings, queens, and mentors torn between duty and personal emotions, the series offers a new way to understand the complexities of the Mahabharata.

Meanwhile, one of the central themes of the Kurukshetra web series is captured in Lord Krishna’s words, “Iss yuddh mein na koi mitra hai, na koi shatru.” These words set the tone for a story that goes beyond simple battles of good versus evil. Kurukshetra has been created by Anu Sikka and produced under Tipping Point, Netflix India’s content arm known for innovative storytelling. The series is written and directed by Ujaan Ganguly. The animation has been brought to life by Hitech Animation. To add further depth, the legendary poet and lyricist Gulzar has contributed his words, giving the series a lyrical and poetic touch.
