Lenin: Akhil Akkineni recently tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Zainab at a private ceremony in Hyderabad. Presently on a short break, he will shortly return to filming his upcoming movie, Lenin, which also stars Sreeleela and is directed by Murali Kishore Abburu.

Lenin is centered on the topic of honor killings after two schedules for the Telugu film have been completed, as per Hindustan Times report. The Rayalaseema region serves as the setting for this historical drama. According to reports, Akhil portrays a man from a backward society in this story, which is about a particular temple in a small village in the Rayalaseema region.

The makers claimed that Murali Kishore has given the screenplay a new twist, despite the fact that the plot seems a little out of date, the report stated further. Akhil Akkineni took training to master the Rayalaseema dialect and had a makeover for the movie.  For the first time in his career, he will be seen in a mass avatar, and many people are hoping that he will make a comeback.

Lenin movie's one-minute clip provides a striking first look at Akhil in a tough new persona, marking a significant departure from his previous loving persona. Sreeleela also makes a fleeting appearance in the teaser, which heightens the emotional depth of the narrative.
