Lock Upp Season 2 Episode 8 Recap: The drama inside Lock Upp Season 2 is getting more intense with every episode. 14 contestants were now joined by wildcard entrant Shilpa Shinde, whose arrival shifted the mood inside the lockup. Fresh arguments, shifting equations, and relationship drama took over the house, setting the stage for more explosive moments in the coming episodes. Who Is Safe This Week On Lock Upp?

Lock Upp Season 2 episode 8 began with Riteish Deshmukh introducing a bidding task. Every inmate had to place a unique bid on themselves between Rs 50,000 and Rs 1 lakh to secure themselves. 3 contestants managed to make unique bids - Shivangi Joshi, Akanksha Choudhary, and Pamela, earning the safety status for the week.

After this, the contestants were seen discussing Shilpa Shinde's fake sexual harassment case. Later, Riteish Deshmukh welcomed her as the season's first wildcard. As she shared her side of the story, a few inmates understood her point of view. However, most of the house remained divided over her allegations.

Shilpa Shinde vs Shivangi Joshi

Shilpa Shinde's arrival immediately changed the atmosphere inside the house. While some contestants looked cautious about her entry, others believed she would get along with Shreya Kalra because of their outspoken personalities.

However, the first major argument happened with Shivangi Joshi. Shivangi asked Shilpa to speak politely, but the conversation quickly turned into a heated verbal fight.

Who Is Unsafe This Week On Lock Upp?

Farah Khan entered the Lock Upp to begin the chargesheet process. Since Shivangi Joshi, Akanksha Choudhary, Pamela, and wildcard Shilpa Shinde were safe, they had the power to save other contestants. Every contestant carried a prize amount, and saving them meant that amount would be deducted from the week's ration budget.

Shivangi, Akanksha and Pamela saved Harshad Chopda, Yogesh Rawat, and Akanksha Chamola. Their prices were Rs 20,000, Rs 20,000, and Rs 15,000, respectively. After them, Dheeraj (Rs 10,000), Varun Yadav (Rs 15,000), and Sufi (Rs 5,000) were brought forward as the next set of contestants who could be saved.

The biggest twist came when Shilpa Shinde was given a special power. She was asked to save any one contestant of her choice and replace them with a newly safe contestant. Shilpa decided to save Sunita Ahuja (Rs 5000) and swapped her with Varun Yadav, putting him in danger instead.

After all the deductions, the contestants were left with Rs 88,417 for the entire week. The reduced budget became a fresh reason for disagreements inside the jail.

Lock Upp Season 2 Episode 9: What To Expect?

The upcoming episode promises even more chaos. With limited money left for food, tensions rise over ration planning. Shreya Kalra lashes out at Akanksha Choudhary during an argument over ordering food. Shivangi Joshi is seen breaking down in tears, while Harshad appears furious over the situation. New rivalries, emotional moments, and explosive confrontations are set to take over the house.
