Akshay Kumar gave some honest advise to all the newcomers hoping to succeed in the field. The actor was candid in his remarks at the 70th Filmfare Awards about what rookies should and shouldn't do to prevent blunders. For all the young actors hoping for a big break, Akshay Kumar's words were a perfect blend of advice and caution. He specifically advised against having producers sign three-film contract at the beginning of their careers, as this might occasionally backfire.

Akshay Kumar described how a debutant's path might get complicated if they aren't cautious about their contract. At the Filmfare Award, Shah Rukh Khan requested the actor to provide his advice for aspiring performers. Taking The Ba***ds of Bollywood, Aryan Khan's directorial debut, as an example, he said,"I want to say just one thing to all the newcomers and the upcoming newcomers that never sign a 3-film deal with any producer," he said.

Akshay Kumar added, "You must have seen The Ba**ds of Bollywood and what our hero had to go through. The film makes it clear what a debutant should and should not do."

Turning towards Karan Johar, Akshay Kumar shared, "Do not sign a 3-movie deal. Give your debutant freedom, allow them to run away. As it is said that 'let them free, if they belong to you, they will come back.'"
