OG Box Office Collection Day 15: Pawan Kalyan’s latest Telugu action drama They Call Him OG has entered its third week in cinemas but is now showing signs of slowdown after a record-breaking start. Directed by Sujeeth, the crime thriller also stars Emraan Hashmi in a key role and continues to draw audiences despite the dip in daily earnings. Released on 25th September 2025, They Call Him OG opened to a phenomenal response, earning around Rs 70 crore on its first day and setting one of the biggest opening records of the year. However, the film’s box office performance has gradually declined over the past two weeks.
According to early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 75 lakh across all languages in India on its fifteenth day, marking its lowest single-day collection so far. With this, They Call Him OG has reached a total of Rs 187.65 crore at the domestic box office. During its first week, the film collected Rs 169.3 crore across all languages, with the Telugu version contributing a massive Rs 164.75 crore. While the movie managed to stay strong in the initial days of its second week, earning between Rs 4 crore and Rs 4.7 crore daily, the momentum has slowed considerably by the end of the second week. Despite the decline, They Call Him OG remains the highest-grossing Telugu film of 2025.
About They Call Him OG Movie
They Call Him OG features an ensemble cast including Pawan Kalyan, Emraan Hashmi, Priyanka Mohan, Prakash Raj, Arjun Das, and Sriya Reddy. Set in the turbulent 1990s, the film revolves around Satya Dada (Prakash Raj), a Mumbai port owner whose business empire is threatened by crime and betrayal. The chaos intensifies when a missing explosives container sparks violence, introducing Omi Bhau (Emraan Hashmi), a ruthless gangster with his own dark agenda. Produced by D.V.V. Danayya, They Call Him OG blends crime, revenge, and high-octane action marking yet another powerful performance from Pawan Kalyan.
Meanwhile, the Telugu film currently faces stiff competition from Rishab Shetty’s Kantara: Chapter 1, which released on 2nd October and has already joined the Rs 300 crore club. It is also competing with Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, a romantic comedy starring Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor, which released around the same time and has drawn strong family audiences.
