OG Movie Release Date: Pawan Kalyan, who is balancing his political life and acting career, has several exciting films in store for his fans. One of them is They Call Him OG, one of the most awaited Telugu action movies of the year. Announced in 2022, the movie has created buzz for several significant reasons. It also stars Emraan Hashmi, marking his Telugu debut. After facing several delays in production and release, the movie is now back on track, and the makers have finally locked the release date.

OG Movie Release Date:

The makers of Pawan Kalyan starrer dropped a new poster along with the release date announcement. The post of DVV Entertainment on X stated, “FIRING WORLDWIDE in cinemas on 25th September 2025… #OGonSept25.” Soon after this, fans shared their excitement.

The film is being helmed by Sujeeth and produced by D. V. V. Danayya and Kalyan Dasari. OG movie promises to be a high-octane action cinematic experience for viewers. The movie stars Pawan Kalyan in the lead while Emraan Hashmi will be seen as the antagonist. The story focuses on Ojas Gambheera aka OG, back in Mumbai with a deadly mission to take down his old rival in world of crime Omi Bhau. Besides Kalyan and Hashmi, the Telugu gangster action drama also stars Arjun Das, Priyanka Mohan, and Prakash Raj in key roles.

Apart from OG movie, Pawan Kalyan starrer Telugu historical action movie Hari Hara Veera Mallu has been making headlines. The movie which also features Nargis Fakhri, is set to hit big screens on June 12, 2025. The movie will face a box office clash with Kamal Haasan's Thug Life at the ticket window. Krish Jagarlamudi and AM Jyothi Krishna directorial also feature Bobby Deol, Nidhhi Agerwal, Nora Fatehi, Vikramjeet Virk and others in key roles. The movie has been produced by A. Dayakar Rao and A. M. Rathnam. After its theatrical run, Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part 1 will stream on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
