The trailer of Param Sundari starring Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor has finally been unveiled. Directed by Tushar Jalota, the film brings the cross-cultural love story of North and South India. Set against the backdrop of Kerala, the trailer offers viewers captivating visuals of monsoon-drenched roads, backwater bike rides, and the timeless beauty of centuries-old churches, especially one sequence that echoes the iconic on-screen romance of beloved duo Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Following the trailer launch, fans and members of the industry have been showering it with praise, with a special shout-out for Sidharth. Kiara Advani is charmed by Param, shared that she can't wait to watch the movie on big screens.

Kiara took to her Instagram story and re-shared the trailer of Param Sundari. She called it 'colourful and fun'. The War 2 actress also lauded her husband, Sidharth Malhotra. Her post read, "Colourful, fun, masti overload!!! Param you charmer, Sundari you cutie. Can't wait for 29th August."

Besides Kiara, Karan Johar also showed excitement about Sidharth and Janhvi's movie. He wrote on Instagram, "Superb pair! Mega fun!! Love is back in the air... Excited!!!!"

In the romantic drama, Sidharth plays a Delhi boy who falls for a Kerala girl, played by Janhvi, while on a trip. The two, belonging to distinctly different worlds, face a culture clash that unfolds with a blend of hilarious chaos. The trailer also shows Sidharth aka Param in danger as he is seen running while being chased by men with weapons, set against the backdrop of a wedding setup.

Directed by Tushar Jalota and produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, the film stars Janhvi and Sidharth alongside Renji Panicker, Siddhartha Shankar, Manjot Singh, Sanjay Kapoor, and Inayat Verma in key roles. Param Sundari is set to hit cinemas on August 29.
