Raj Kundra has firmly responded to a social media user who claimed that his wife, actress Shilpa Shetty, joined spiritual leader Dhirendra Krishna Shastri’s Vrindavan padyatra only to ‘wash her image.’ The businessman strongly rejected the accusation, calling such assumptions baseless and driven by negativity. The original post suggested that Shilpa, along with Rajpal Yadav, Ekta Kapoor, Shikhar Dhawan and others who participated in the march, were doing so to improve public perception because of their legal cases or past controversies. Kundra immediately addressed the claim, stressing that people often confuse headlines with the truth, and that faith should not be questioned on the basis of online speculation.

In his sharp response, Raj Kundra wrote, “People who live in the darkness of assumptions will always shout the loudest. But here’s a simple truth allegations are not convictions, and headlines are not judgments. Some people seek peace in faith. Some seek noise in trolling. If standing for Sanatan, showing devotion, or supporting a spiritual cause bothers you so much, maybe the problem isn’t with us… It’s with the bitterness in your own heart.” His reply highlighted how online criticism often lacks understanding and is driven by personal bias. He reminded the troll that participating in a religious or spiritual gathering does not automatically carry hidden intentions.

Meanwhile, Raj further added another strong message for those doubting Shilpa Shetty’s intentions, writing, “The law will take its course, truth will take its time, and trolls like you will keep taking screenshots for dopamine. Stay blessed. Waheguru.” His response suggests that neither he nor Shilpa is troubled by the ongoing online chatter and that they remain confident in due legal process. The couple has often chosen to stay quiet on social media controversies, but Kundra’s latest reply shows he is willing to speak up when he feels the criticism crosses the line or misrepresents their actions.

On the other hand, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra have recently been in the news because of a Rs 60-crore fraud case filed by businessman Deepak Kothari, director of Lotus Capital Financial Services Ltd. Kothari alleged that the couple borrowed funds from him for business expansion but instead used the money for personal expenses. The couple’s legal team has denied the claims, calling the allegations untrue. The case is currently being investigated by the Mumbai Police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW). Despite the ongoing matter, Shilpa and Raj continue to make public appearances, with Kundra’s latest reaction showing they are determined not to let online criticism overshadow their personal beliefs or faith-related activities.
