Rajvir Jawanda Health Update: Singer Shows No Significant Improvement, Continues To Be On Life Support On Day 6

Rajvir Jawanda Health Update: Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda's health condition remains critical, according to the latest medical update from Fortis Hospital in Mohali. He continues to be on life support under the close supervision of the hospital's Critical Care and Neurosciences teams. His neurological status is still fragile, with minimal brain activity and no significant improvement despite ongoing advanced medical management.

According to PTI, the medical bulletin also revealed that Jawanda has extensive damage to his cervical and dorsal spine, resulting in profound weakness in all four limbs. Due to the severity of his injuries, he requires prolonged ventilator support. The overall prognosis remains guarded, indicating a cautious outlook for his recovery.

As reported by Patrika, doctors performed an MRI scan of his brain, which showed hypoxic changes, meaning lack of oxygen. Additionally, an MRI of the spinal cord revealed significant damage to the cervical regions, leading to weakness in some of his limbs. Currently, Rajvir requires continuous ventilator support.

Jawanda was involved in a bike accident near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, where he collided with stray cattle, leading to severe head and spinal injuries, followed by a cardiac arrest. Since then, several Punjabi artists, including Diljit Dosanjh, Gippy Grewal and Ammy Virk, have shared updates and prayers for his speedy recovery. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann also visited the hospital, stating that Jawanda's condition is "better than yesterday" but still critical.
