Global star Ram Charan is all set to return to the big screen with his much-anticipated film Peddi, which has been creating massive buzz ever since its announcement. The excitement around the project has only been growing stronger with each update from the makers. Recently, the team officially revealed the film’s release date—27th March 2026—sending fans into a frenzy.
Adding to the anticipation, the makers dropped a picture of Ram Charan along with the Peddi team, sharing an exciting progress update. They confirmed that the film’s editing work is currently in progress, even as the shoot continues simultaneously, keeping the momentum alive.
Sharing the picture, they wrote, "KEY CRAFTSMEN AT WORK #Peddi edit in progress. The team is working round the clock with the shoot and edit happening simultaneously. The movie is halfway through its production. #PEDDI GLOBAL RELEASE ON 27th MARCH, 2026."
The latest update has further amped up excitement, with fans of Global Star Ram Charan eagerly counting down to the release. Known for his powerful performances and magnetic screen presence, Charan is expected to deliver another standout act in Peddi. Buzz around the film is soaring, especially after the teaser and a behind-the-scenes styling video, while the first single is already predicted to become a chartbuster.
Written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi stars Ram Charan in the titular role, alongside Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru, the film is scheduled for release on 27 March 2026.
