Sathi Leelavathi Teaser OUT: The teaser for Sathi Leelavathi Telugu movie, starring Lavanya Tripathi and Dev Mohan, has finally been released and it looks like a hilarious ride. Directed by Tatineni Satya, the film explores the funny side of a couple’s relationship, filled with quirky moments and playful conflicts. The director promises that Sathi Leelavathi is not just another emotional relationship drama, but a popcorn entertainer packed with humour, heart, and modern-day couple issues.
Lavanya Tripathi took to Instagram to share the teaser of the Telugu romantic movie with the caption, “Step into Leela’s World, Where Love Meets Laughter & Chaos! #SathiLeelavathi TEASER is OUT NOW. The Fun is Just Getting Started – Catch It in Theatres Soon! ” The teaser opens with scenes of marital bliss but quickly turns chaotic, with Lavanya's character seen tying up her husband and creating complete madness. The release date of Sathi Leelavathi movie has not be revealed yet and fans are eagerly waiting for more updates.
Meanwhile, director Tatineni Satya, known for films like Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu and SMS, reportedly stated that the Telugu movie revolves around the fun-filled conflicts between husband and wife. “It’s a romantic and relationship-based drama where the wife cleverly controls the husband in a light-hearted way,” he explained. Satya also mentioned that the film touches on relevant issues faced by today’s couples, but presents them in a humorous and engaging style. “We’ve tried to keep the conversations very colloquial and funny. That’s why I felt Sathi Leelavathi was the perfect title for this film,” he added.
On the other hand, speaking about casting Lavanya Tripathi, Satya reportedly said, “I wanted someone who is both a good performer and a known face. Lavanya is perfect—she immediately agreed after hearing the script. She didn’t want to miss out on this film.” The film shows Lavanya and Dev Mohan’s characters going from happy marriage to the brink of divorce, with the wife trying all sorts of tricks to win back her husband.

The Telugu film also features VK Naresh, VTV Ganesh, Saptagiri, Jaffer, and Motta Rajendran, all caught up in the couple’s comic battles. Produced by Naaga Mohan under Durgadevi Pictures and presented by Anandi Art Creations, the Sathi Leelavathi is currently in its post-production stage. The music is composed by Mickey J. Meyer, with cinematography by Binendra Meenon and editing by Sathish Suriya.
