Son Of Sardaar 2 Vs Dhadak 2 Box Office Collection Day 1: Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur starrer comedy movie Son Of Sardaar 2 had a box office clash with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri's romantic starrer. Both films opened at the ticket windows on a moderate note. But its Ajay Devgn’s film which is leading the box office race on the opening day. Whereas Siddhant Chaturvedi’s film is lagging behind half in terms of numbers. It seems the movies will have a strong clash at the box office for a long time.
Son Of Sardaar 2 Box Office Collection Day 1
As per Sacnilk, the comedy movie earned Rs 6.75 crore on Day 1. Son Of Sardaar 2 had an overall 22.56 per cent Hindi occupancy on Friday. It had 10.24 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 17.88 per cent in the afternoon shows, 21.84 per cent in the evening shows and 40.27 per cent in the night shows.

As per reports, the film has been made on a budget of Rs 150 crore.
Dhadak 2 Box Office Collection Day 1
The romantic movie earned 4.31 crore GBOC crore on Day 1. As per Sacnilk, Dhadak 2 had an overall 22.85 per cent Hindi occupancy on Friday. It had 15.02 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 22.29 per cent in the afternoon shows, 22.03 per cent in the evening shows and 32.07 per cent in the night shows.

According to reports, the movie has been made on a budget of Rs 40 crore.
About Son Of Sardaar 2
The film is about Jassi, who travels to Scotland to reconcile with his wife. But he gets entangled in a mob conflict and a chaotic sikh wedding. He has to save hostages and his marriage while navigating cultural chaos. The movie stars Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, Mukul Dev, Ravi Kishan, Kubbra Sait, Sahil Mehta and Deepak Dobriyal in prominent roles. It has been directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, Pravin Talreja, N.R.Pachisia.
About Dhadak 2
The plot revolves around a law student from a marginalised community, who develops feelings for his classmate Vidhi, an upper caste girl. The girl’s family humiliates and harasses in an effort to defend their perceived honour. The film stars Siddhant Chaturvedi, Triptii Dimri, Deeksha Joshi, Saurabh Sachdeva, Manjiri Pupala, Vipin Sharma and Dishank Arora in prominent roles. The film has been directed by Shazia Iqbal and produced by Karan Johar, Umesh Kumar Bansal, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Meenu Aroraa, Somen Mishra and Pragati Deshmukh.
