Squid Game 3 Ending Explained: The much-anticipated Korean drama has arrived on Netflix today. The story focuses on Seong Gi Hun (Player 456) emotional struggles and his way of dealing with the deadliest games. It follows the event from season 2 when Player 456 lost his childhood friend after a failed coup, he is at a loss. Gi Hun believes he his responsible for his friend’s death and others. Season 3 makes him doubt humanity more. Player 456 is more focused on his game while he sees the selfishness of players around him. When he has been given the charge to protect the baby of Player 222, he finds his purpose again. But it raises a question whether it will help him in being successful in the game or not.

Did Player 456 Die, Who Wins The Final Round?
Season 3 shows the remaining surviving players, who must go through the final game. The last game has to be played in top of three towers. Players have to kill one of their competitors while passing the other tower within 15 minutes. In the game, only eight players are left, including Gi Hyun, Jun Hee’s baby and Myung Gi.
Myung then teams up with 5 contestants to discuss who should be killed, but he has a mental breakdown amid the chaos. On the other hand, Gi Hyun promised player 222 that she would protect her child before she passed away. But other players try to convince him to let the baby die.
Myung can be seen going against Gi Hun and his own child for quite a while. But soon it was revealed that he had some good intentions behind it. But it turns out to be a problem as he tells this very early and the other five players die in the second stage.
This brings them to the final stage, where either one or two of them have to win or die. It shows that Myung tries hard and wins the games by forcing Gi Hun to give the baby. Myung plans to kill his own child to achieve victory. He threatens Gi Hun, who agrees to give him the baby but ultimately they have a clash. During the scuffle, Myung falls from the tower and dies. Gi Hun then presses the button rather than kill the baby. He is expected by the VIPs as he sacrifices himself so that Jun-hee's baby can survive and she is declared the winner.
After the death of Gi Hun, the front man In Ho begins the evacuation order of the island. He then prepared to end the games for that year. However, his brother wants to stop him. As In Ho takes the baby, Jun Ho confronts him but fails to kill. Meanwhile, the Island is destroyed, and the police could not catch the perpetrators. On the other hand, No Eul gets into a boat and leaves with all the staff from that place.
The story then takes a leap of six months No Eul visits the place where the player she helped is living. Jun Ho left his police job. He returns one day to his home and finds Jung Hee’s baby in his place with a bank card with all of his earnings.
In Ho visits the USA to give Gi Hun’s belongings and share the news of his demise. He also gave a box which had a bank card containing his earnings from the first game and his player 456 hoodie. It then shows that the games are still continuing and in America, contestants are being sourced as Cate Blanchett.
