Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame Dilip Joshi has finally dismissed rumours surrounding his exit from Asit Kumarr Modi’s show. He made a powerful appearance with his wife Jaymala Joshi, at the bash organised by the makers to celebrate the milestone of the popular sitcom. While Dilip Joshi did not comment on the rumours, his presence at the bash surely confirmed that he hasn't left TMKOC. Not only him, Munmun Dutta aka Babita Ji also marked her presence at the event.

Dilip Joshi arrived at the TMKOC's bash in his signature style. He posed with a smile for paparazzi present at the venue.

The rumours of Dilip Joshi leaving the show started when TMKOC fans noticed his absence from the ongoing Bhootni plot, which other members of Gokuldham society are seen in, but Jethalal and even Babita Ji were missing in action.

Recently, show's producer Asit Modi also reacted to Dilip's absence from the show. “Whenever there’s news about TMKOC, it grabs a lot of attention. Sometimes, even sensitive or misleading things are written about the show. But honestly, I don’t bother about it much. If I start responding to every rumour, it will never stop. Recently, Jethalal (Dilip Joshi ji) wasn’t seen on the show for a while because of his personal commitments. But that doesn’t mean he has quit the show. It’s not always possible for the story to revolve around just one character. People start assuming things, but I stay focused on the storyline and ignore these rumours," he told ETimes.

Earlier, Munmun Dutta also dismissed her exit rumours by sharing a video from TMKOC set on Instagram. With her caption, she put all doubts to rest. Her post read, "Rumours are always not true."
