Tere Ishk Mein Box Office Collection Day 12: Is Ranveer Singh-Sara Arjun’s Dhurandhar Overshadowing Dhanush-Kriti Sanon’s Intense Love Story?

Tere Ishk Mein Box Office Day 12: Dhanush and Kriti Sanon's latest release, Tere Ishk Mein, premiered in theatres on  November 28. The film, which is being called the fiery spiritual successor to Raanjhanaa, marks the third time Dhanush has teamed up with filmmaker Aanand L. Rai, following their successful collaborations on Raanjhanaa and Atrangi Re. While the actor duo's fans initially showered the film with non-stop praise and buzz, Tere Ishk Mein is currently experiencing a significant dip at the box office. This comes after a strong first week in theatres. The movie faces stiff competition from Ranveer Singh and Sara Arjun's spy thriller, Dhurandhar which was released on December 5.

According to early estimates from Sacnilk, Tere Ishk Mein opened with a powerful Rs 16 crore on Day 1, marking Dhanush’s biggest opening in India. The film collected Rs 2.85 crore on Day 12, second Tuesday. This brings the film’s total collection of Rs 105.25 crore. The film maintained a moderate occupancy on Tuesday, with morning shows recording 13.56%, afternoon shows crossing 32.34%, evening shows at 35.78%, and night shows reaching 48.16%. The movie is being overshadowed by Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar which collected Rs 28.60 crore on its first Tuesday. The movie has grossed Rs 145.38 cr globally in 11 days.

According to reports Tere Ishk Mein movie is made on a budget of Rs 85 crore. If the reports are to be believed it has already recovered its budget as it has collected Rs 105.25 crore at the box office. Further reports suggest the movie will stream on Netflix post its theatriucal run.
