TV star Karan Patel was the first confirmed contestant to announce his involvement in the show. The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has previously appeared on several reality shows like Nach Baliye 3, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6, and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 10.
Bhojpuri actress Monalisa and her husband Vikrant Singh Rajpoot have also received their tickets to the show. The couple previously appeared together on Bigg Boss 10 and now, nine years later, they are entering another reality show together.
