On Monday, Ranveer Singh shared first look of actor Akshaye Khanna from their upcoming movie Dhurandhar. The movie is one of the most-anticipated movies of the year and it also stars Sunjay Dutt, R Madhavan and Arjun Rampal in pivotal roles. Dhurandhar is scheduled to hit the theatres on December 5, 2025. The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar under the banners Jio Studios and B62 Studios.
Akshaye Khanna is described as 'The Apex Predator' in his first look poster from Dhurandhar. Ranveer shared the poster on Instagram and wrote, "The Apex Predator. #DhurandharTrailer Out Tomorrow at 12:12 PM. In Cinemas 5th December."
Dhurandhar Trailer Release Date
The trailer of Dhurandhar is all set to be released on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
The filming of Dhurandhar has been a globe-trotting adventure! The first schedule kicked off in Bangkok in July 2024, followed by the second schedule in November near Amritsar and the Golden Temple. The crew then moved to Filmistan, Mumbai in February 2025, and later shot across Madh Island, wrapping up by April. Action sequences were filmed at Mankoli bridge in May, and a vibrant dance number was shot at the Golden Tobacco Factory in Vile Parle in July.

The team recreated Pakistan scenes in Thailand and even braved the rugged landscapes of Ladakh in August, though filming was briefly halted due to food poisoning issues. By October 2025, Ranveer Singh had wrapped up his part.
Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar and Lokesh Dhar under Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the movie promises a gripping narrative blending action, patriotism, and espionage, reportedly inspired by true events and the life of India's top spy, Ajit Doval.
