The movie has been causing a stir at the box office in India and throughout the world since its July 25, 2025, release. The Fantastic Four does well overseas, but it has trouble at the Indian box office.

The Fantastic Four Box Office India

On its fifth day at the Indian box office, The Fantastic Four First Step, the most recent Marvel production starring Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby, had a little increase in receipts. Even with a great start and positive reviews, the film still has to contend with fierce competition from regional releases like Saiyaara and Mahavatar Narsimha.

The Fantastic Four First Step lags behind Superman, another contemporary superhero film. By the conclusion of the fifth day, James Gunn's film had made Rs 31.6 crore, and it ended its first week in India with Rs 35.5 crore.

Saiyaara, which was directed by Mohit Suri and starred debutants Ahaan Panday, has made over Rs 266 crore in just two weeks, demonstrating its popularity with viewers. The superhero film's potential audience has probably been reduced by the love musical's dominance in single and multiple screens.

The Fantastic Four Worldwide Collection

The Fantastic Four First Steps, which was directed by Matt Shakman, made a solid $10.4 million on its fourth day at the North American box office, according to a report by Box Office Mojo. It surpassed even the initial Monday gross of A Minecraft Movie, making it the sixth-biggest Monday of 2025. That brings its domestic total to $128.06 million.

The Fantastic Four's premiere performance abroad fell short of expectations. In other countries, it opened to a $99.05 million collection. The global collection has reached $227.12 million, in addition to its $128.06 million domestic revenue.

The Fantastic Four is reportedly mounted on a budget of $200,000,000 (worldwide box office is 1.1 times production budget), as per The Numbers. 

The Fantastic Four First Steps is expected to premiere on OTT by the fall of 2025. So far, all of the Marvel movies are accessible on Disney+ Hotstar, which is why it is natural to expect The Fantastic Four to stream on it. Meanwhile, several reports claim that Pedro Pascal led movie will be available on rent on Amazon Prime Video.
