The Girlfriend First Song: The makers of Rashmika Mandanna and Deekshith Shetty's highly anticipated movie The Girlfriend have finally unveiled the first track, after generating buzz for a long time. The song is titled Hui Re has been released in five different languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. After teasing with a promo video, the makers have now shared a full music video. The chemistry between Rashmika and Dheekshith in this romantic number is already winning the hearts of the audience.
The Girlfriend First Song Unveiled
On Wednesday, Rashmika dropped the first track from The Girlfriend on Instagram along with a caption that read, "From the very first time I heard it, something about it just stuck.. It’s soft, it’s emotional, it’s that kind of melody you hum without realising and now it’s yours."
Sharing her shooting experience, she added, "I remember feeling like I was in a little film inside the film when we were shooting this one.. every frame felt like a moment frozen in time.. Let me know if it makes your heart feel a little full."
Hui Re features soothing melodies and visually pleasing choreography that highlights the chemistry between Rashmika Mandanna and Dheekshith Shetty. The song is a romantic number that captures the emotional core of The Girlfriend.

Soon after the song launch, fans shared their excitement and praised the actors for their dance moves. Directed by Rahul Ravindran, The Girlfriend stars Rashmika Mandanna and Dheekshith Shetty in the lead roles. The film is backed by GA2 Pictures, Mass Movie Makers and Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment. The makers are yet to announce the release date.
