The Traitors Elimination This Week: Karan Johar has brought a new reality show filled with suspense, deception and intense drama. The show has been premiering on Prime Video since June 12. It has already made a good fan base in just a couple of weeks. On Thursday (June 19), new episodes dropped, which brought more tension in the game show, leading to the elimination of four contestants. If you haven’t watched the episode, here is the recap.
Mukesh Chhabra
The first shock came when the popular casting director didn’t come for breakfast. Karan Johar then announced that he was murdered by traitors Purab Jha and Elnaaz Norouzi last night.
Maheep Kapoor
In a heated roundtable discussion, contestants were confused between Maheep and Raftaar. Many contestants felt that Raftaar was the main traitor but some were firm about evicting Maheep. Following this, The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives star was evicted.
Ashish Vidyarthi
The veteran actor became the next target for the contestant as the doubt intensified. He received a large number of votes for being the potential traitor, which led to his elimination.
Raftaar
The last roundtable ended the game for the popular Bollywood rapper. Several contestants predicted that the next traitor would be Raftaar, which then led to his eviction.
Later, it was revealed that all the four contestants who were eliminated this week were innocents. The real traitors were Purab Jha and Elnaaz Norouzi, who managed to hide their identity.
The remaining contestants of the Traitors are Anshula Kapoor, Elnaaz Norouzi, Harsh Gujral, Jannat Zubair, Janvee Gaurr, Apoorva Mukhija, Jasmine Bhasin, Nikita Luther, Purav Jha, Urfi Javed, Sudhanshu Pandey and Sufi Motiwala.
The first week saw the elimination of contestants such as Sahil Salathia, Lakshmi Manchu and Karan Kundrra, who were innocents. Raj Kundra, who was the real traitor, also got evicted from the show.
