Bigg Boss 19 has become one of the most talked-about seasons in recent times, drawing attention from both television and OTT audiences. This year’s lineup is full of actors, influencers, and personalities who are constantly in the spotlight. One contestant who has recently caught everyone’s attention is Kunickaa Sadanand not just for her performance on the show, but for her surprising international acting credit. Kunickaa Sadanand, who is also known for her work in Bollywood, began her acting career in 1988 with Kabristaan. She went on to appear in popular films such as Beta, Khiladi, Gumrah, Hum Saath Saath Hain, Page 3, and Nanu Ki Jaanu. Over the years, she has gained recognition for her bold and impactful portrayals, often playing strong or negative characters.
Meanwhile, a resurfaced video of Kunickaa Sadanand is going viral on social media, showing her in a Pakistani blockbuster film titled Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2. The film, which starred Pakistani superstars Humayun Saeed and Kubra Khan, was released in 2018 and became a massive box office hit. In the film, Kunickaa played Kubra Khan’s on-screen mother, while veteran Indian actor Kanwaljit Singh portrayed her husband. The revelation has left fans amazed, as many were unaware that the Indian actress had worked in a Pakistani project. The viral clip, shared by fans on social platforms, has sparked curiosity about her international work and her journey in the entertainment industry.

Interestingly, Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 was initially planned to be shot in India. However, following the 2016 Uri attack, tensions between the two nations led to a change in location, and the film was eventually shot abroad. Despite the challenges, the film released on Eid al-Adha and emerged as one of Pakistan’s highest-grossing films of that year. Alongside Humayun Saeed and Kubra Khan, the movie also featured a stellar ensemble cast including Fahad Mustafa, Mawra Hocane, Sohail Ahmed, Ahmed Ali Butt, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mehwish Hayat, and Fawad Khan in cameo roles.

Apart from acting, Kunickaa has also worked as a producer and associate producer in Marathi cinema, contributing to successful projects like Ventilator, Sarvaan, and Kay Re Rascala. Her versatility extends beyond films, she has appeared in several television shows, including Swabhimaan, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara, and Dilliwali Thakur Girls. In addition to her acting career, Kunickaa is also a trained singer with three music albums to her name like Lakhon Mein Ek (1996), Kunika (2002), and Jumbish (2006). She is known for her multi-faceted talents as a performer, producer, and social activist.
