War 2 Pre-Release Event: The anticipation around Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR's highly anticipated action movie War 2 has reached new heights. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the movie is all set to hit theatres on August 14, 2025. Ahead of its theatrical release, the makers of War 2 hosted a grand pre-release event in Hyderabad. The lead actors- Hrithik and NTR marked their first public appearance together. Not only that, they heaped praise on each other, lauding their hardwork towards their craft.

Hrithik Roshan And Jr NTR At War 2 Pre-Release Event

Visuals of Hrithik and Jr NTR's grand entry at the War 2 pre-release event sparked excitement on social media. Taking to X, Sithara Entertainments shared the photos from event and wrote, "The Man of Masses & The Greek God together in one epic frame! Here to set the stage ablaze at the grand WAR2PreReleaseEvent Watch Live Now."

Hrithik Roshan Reveals What He Learnt From Jr NTR

During the pre-release event in Hyderabad, Hrithik gave an emotional speech, sharing his experiences working on War 2, especially with Jr. NTR.

He mentioned the similarities between their careers and praised NTR for his dedication towards his work, calling him a ‘one-take final-take star.’ The actor was heard saying, "I see a lot of myself in Tarak. We have had very similar journeys for 25 years now, and I think Tarak sees a little bit of himself in me also. It is true when they say that he is a one-take final-take star."

Revealing what he learnt from RRR star, Hrith stated, "On set, Tarak, I have not just observed you, but I have learnt from you. I have learnt how to go into a shot 100% — not 99.99%, not 99.999, but 100%. Which is why when he comes out of a shot, there is no judgement on me. He will not even check the shot because he knows he has given everything to it. And I will apply that in my future films. Tarak, thank you for teaching me that."

Fans gathered in large numbers for the event to witness the War 2 cast on stage. Hrithik and NTR were also joined by War 2 director Ayan Mukerji, Dil Raju, Naga Vamsi and others.

Jr NTR Thanks Telangana CM For War 2 Event

Jr NTR has expressed gratitude to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the government and the police officials for making the War 2 pre-event successful. He shared a video message on X along with a caption that read, "My sincere thanks to the Government of Telangana and the honourable CM Shri @revanth_anumula garu, as well as the Telangana Police Department @TelanganaCOPs for their support in making the #War2 pre-release event a grand success."

About War 2: Ayan Mukerji's directorial has already created a stir at the box office in advance bookings. Fans can't wait to watch the intense face-off between Hrithik Roshan’s character, Major Kabir and Jr NTR’s Vikram on the big screen. Kiara Advani's charm in the movie. War 2 will face a major box office clash with Coolie, releasing on the same day, August 14.
