Why Did Elvish Yadav Send Rs 1 Lakh To Maxtern Before 2024 Fight?
During the first episode of The 50, Maxtern spoke about his controversy involving Elvish Yadav and Lakshay Kaushik while in conversation with Prince Narula. The clips from the show went viral with the YouTuber claiming that Elvish deposited Rs 1 lakh into his account and offered him to work together.
In conversation with Prince, Maxtern said, "One thing that didn’t go public anywhere was that Elvish told me to check my bank account. I was offline the whole time. When I checked, I saw he had sent Rs 1 lakh to my account. I had no idea about the amount, nor did I know why that money was deposited. Later, he told me, let us work together. I wasn’t in a good mental state, and when he offered me friendship, it made me emotional. I judged him on his old personality, where he was very nice to his friends. He lied that I cussed at his mother, I only abuse unknown people when they cross the line.”

Maxtern also claimed that Elvish told him about a music video that had already been shot and was scheduled to be released a few days before their fight. However, a scene in which Elvish would slap Maxtern left the latter wondering why this was being added.
He was heard saying, "After the music video was released, many negative memes began appearing on meme pages. I know when such memes appear, it’s manufactured. I felt bad and thought people wouldn’t believe if I told them what had happened. I was confused, and then Lakshay called and asked me to return the Rs 1 lakh.”
