Shark Tank 5: A new face has entered the tank, and he’s bringing science, strategy, and strong business instincts along. Mohit Yadav, Co-Founder of the skincare brand Minimalist, is joining the investor panel for Shark Tank India Season 5. Known for his clarity, candour, and straightforward approach to business, Mohit’s addition to the panel promises fresh energy, sharp insights, and fearless investing.

Mohit Yadav is a results-driven entrepreneur and a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience across finance, technology, and consumer brands. Currently leading Minimalist, he has built a reputation for focusing on transparency, innovation, and science-backed strategies. Under his leadership, the once bootstrapped brand has grown into a global D2C powerhouse known for its clean and effective skincare products. Academically, Mohit is a Gold Medalist Chartered Accountant who secured an All India Rank of 26 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan. His mix of financial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit makes him a valuable addition to the Shark Tank India lineup.

Speaking about his entry into the show, Mohit said, “From formulating with potent ingredients to backing potent ideas, my philosophy is simple substance over static. I’m thrilled to join Shark Tank India 5 and support entrepreneurs who build with purpose and lead with radical transparency.” Since its launch in 2021, Shark Tank India has become one of the country’s most popular business reality shows. Adapted from the global Shark Tank franchise, the series provides aspiring entrepreneurs with a platform to pitch their ideas to a panel of investors, or “sharks,” to secure funding and mentorship. The show has inspired millions by showcasing real stories of innovation, risk, and success.
