What Happened In The Jalandhar Car Accident?
The accident took place at around 3 am on a flyover near the Police Lines area in Jalandhar. According to reports, the Volkswagen carrying Vidit and Aarav was travelling from BMC Chowk towards BSF Chowk when it rammed into a Municipal Corporation tractor-trolley parked on the road.
The impact was fatal, and both friends reportedly died at the spot. Three other people were also travelling in the car, but they survived the accident.
Police reached the spot after receiving information about the crash. Baradari police station SHO Sahil Chaudhary confirmed the incident. Reports state that the tractor-trolley had been left on the flyover by sanitation workers who were cleaning the area and collecting garbage.
