Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress Shireen Mirza is set to step into a new chapter in her life as she prepares for motherhood. The actress recently shared a video from her intimate baby shower where she can be seen grooving to Koi Mil Gaya from the 1998 movie Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Mirza’s video captured some fun-filled moments, laughter with her husband, Hasan Sartaj and close friends. Shireen can be seen sitting while grooving to the popular 90s music, while her friends joined in the celebration. Her husband can be seen lip syncing to the male vocals. 

Shireen Mirza captioned the video, “Sooo much love in one room. Baby and I are feeling so blessed.” Her Yeh Hai Mohabbatein costar Krishna Mukherjee commented, “Awwww.” Fans on social media extended their love and best wishes to the actress. A user said, “Mashaallah congratulations both of you.” Another user wrote, “hasansartaj loads of love nd blessings for the new beautiful beginning.” A comment read, “Kya baby shower tha kya aaj karykram.” Another user wrote, “Best wishes and God bless you.”  A fan said, “Best wishes.” 

Shireen Mirza got popularity with her stint as Simmi Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. The show was headlined by Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel. The popular series premiered from 2013 to 2019. Mirza was also seen in Yeh Hai Chahatein, Dhhai Kilo Prem, Gutur Gu, Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum and Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharam Patnii to name a few. 

Earlier in April, Shireen Mirza and her husband Hasan Sartaj announced their pregnancy news on Instagram. In a joint post, they wrote, “In the quiet of our duas, Allah heard us… and in His perfect timing, He blessed us with a miracle 👶 A tiny soul, made of half of him and half of me 🥹 And now, we’re growing you — with all the love we have in our hearts.💞 Our little miracle is on the way, our prayers overflowing, as we step into this new chapter… as Parents 🤰 Ya Allah, protect our little one, and guide us to raise them in Your love and light. We can’t wait to hold you, guide you, and love you beyond words ✨💫🌟 Our hearts are full. Our hands will soon be, too #InshaAllah.”
