Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Did You Know Rohit Purohit Did NOT Like Armaan, Abhira's Separation Track?

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Following a seven-year break, the character dynamics in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which stars Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit, have undergone significant changes. Their daughter Pookie, also known as Maira, lives with Armaan, away from Abhira and the Poddars. Infact, Abhira and Armaan also live separately and have no idea about each other's whereabouts. 

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai witnessed Krish taking over as the leader of the Poddar household and has been treating everyone badly. Additionally, he has treated Dadisa with a great deal of disrespect. For those who are unaware, Garvita Sadhwani's exit from the show coincided with the current generation leap. Her character Ruhi moved to Japan to offer a better life to her son Daksh.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Separation Track

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fans did not appreciate how Abhira and Armaan separated following the seven year leap. The longest running show even received unfavorable reviews from the audience. During a media interaction, Rohit Purohit has now discussed the responses he received to the separation track.

Rohit Purohit, who plays the role of Armaan Poddar stated that the people in his audience are quite sympathetic. He said they know the difference between an actor and a character. As a result, he did not receive that level of criticism for Armaan's toxic behaviour.

Rohit Purohit, however, stated that he did not like Armaan abandoning Abhira and fleeing with their baby Pookie. He went on to say that he had a lot of questions about this when he read the script. However, many who were close to him offered their personal experiences, proving that this is a real thing and that some individuals really change after having a child.

Rohit Purohit revealed that he received a range of responses from the crowd, with the most intense ones coming from those who adored AbhiMaan and felt deceived by the separation and baby track. He added that even he doesn't take any praise or criticism personally.
