Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Post Leap Update: One of the most famous television dramas, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has continuously changed throughout time. This seven-year leap seems to be another calculated attempt to keep the story interesting and captivating while examining themes of family and second chances.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's latest episode featured the lively and youthful Maira aka Pookie (Armaan and Abhira's daughter) is thrilled about her birthday but is aware that hosting a party will cost money. Never one to give up easily, she and her Dadu plan a jugaad. The duo put up a small umbrella stand and rented out umbrellas to onlookers to raise a little money to make her birthday more special.
Armaan, who is a radio host does, however, fall asleep at work. When his supervisor splatters him with water, Armaan hardly notices since his thoughts are elsewhere. Armaan brazenly requests a salary advance, claiming it's for Maira's birthday.

Armaan goes to a toy store to acquire Maira a large teddy bear because he wants to make her day special. However, things aren't always easy. The shopkeeper declines to sell him the bear because another customer quoted a better price. A resolute Armaan argues and ultimately wins the teddy bear, demonstrating the lengths he will go to in order to make Maira happy.

Maira excitedly waits for her father Armaan only to find scratches on his hands. Her concern is immediate and sincere; in a heartwarming moment that demonstrates the strength of their relationship, she quickly gets a haldi paste and applies it gently.
