Popular American Television and theatre actor Paul Teal passed away at the age of 35 in Raleigh, North Carolina. The star was battling with cancer stage 4. Teal’s partner Emilia Torello told TMZ that he was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer in April this year. Torello recently shared an emotional post to mourn the death of her boyfriend. In the post, she called Paul her ‘soulmate’, ‘soon to be husband’, and ‘future’. She also stated that a part of her has died with the actor’s demise.
She wrote on Instagram, “The most thoughtful, inspiring, driven, self-disciplined, loving man passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024. Paul, you were my soulmate, my soon-to-be-husband, my rock, and my future. You filled my lungs with laughter, my stomach with butterflies, and my heart with love. You were taken too soon, in a battle that you fought bravely without fail.”
“While a part of me died with you, I promise to fight to find joy in life as hard as you fought to live every single day. The world is lucky to have even had a moment with Paul Teal, and I am the luckiest person in it, because I got to call you mine. I will love you forever,” Torello added.
Teal’s co-star Bethany Joy Lenz wrote, “My heart is heavy. Paul Teal was the kind of guy who lit up a room without trying. His bright smile, infectious laugh and kind heart made you want to be near him.”
Paul Teal got huge recognition from One Tree Hill. The show began in 2003 and continued till 2012. The show stars James Lafferty, Sophia Bush, Hilarie Burton, Chad Michael Murray, Bethany Joy Lenz and Paul Johansson in key roles. One Tree Hill is currently streaming on Prime Video.
Paul Teal also worked in USS Christmas, The Staircase, Deep Water and Fear Street Part Two: 1978 to name a few.
